Oldie Cartoons

The lovely people at the Oldie Magazine picked a few of my toons in this month’s mag – all from a batch sent many months ago…hence the variance in signatures. I hadn’t really settled on a ‘signature’ signature until about September, so it’s a decent way of dating my toons. It also explains the presence of a swine flu gag, which wasn’t published anywhere way back when it was topical. Still, its my first published nudity, so I should probably bang a 15 certificate on this post.

Cartwnau a gyhoeddwyd yng Nghylchgrawn yr Oldie mis yma – tair (tri?) o’r archif yma, sy’n amlwg o’r llofnodion wahanol. Dim syniad os yw Swine Flu (Salwch Soch?) dal o gwmpas, ond nath rhywun yn yr Oldie penderfynu fod e’n ddoniol!

Great gags Huw. Love the superhero one.

So which is the definitive ‘aaron’ signature now?

    Thanks Tim!

I’m getting reasonably consistent at signing something like the Croc/workmen cartoons below. Fortunately, there aren’t too many cartoonists out there called Aaron, so hopefully they’re all reasonably recognizable as mine. All I have to do now is settle on a drawing style!

    Thanks Sumanta!
